I'm Gabriella, I don't have any formal art training, I dropped out of University when I was 18 and have been working and trying to figure everything else out since. I've done some short stints travelling and have had jobs as a Content Producer, Events Co-ordinator, Chalet Host and much more!

Although the top picture may suggest, I am not in fact a small child running this print shop but a 29 year old woman. I have always loved drawing and creating things though. I've struggled sitting still at a desk all day and working in the corporate world so creating art and sharing it with you feels like I'm exactly where I'm meant to be. 

I live in Bedfordshire with my partner, two Chihuahuas and our Staffy. I love to travel, renovate my home and spend time with people who make me feel good. 

Just for fun I would draw illustrations and make bookmarks for my friends and family and designed my partner's 30th birthday invite, not thinking it would go further than that. I just loved creating little characters and really calm and fun or wacky environments for them to live in.

  

A few of my friends and family members said I should start selling and sharing my art with other people but I really lacked the confidence. With (a lot of) encouragement from my partner, I decided to set up gabsie art in April 2025. 

I'm very lucky that I have lots of people and animals around me who I love a lot and make me laugh so I draw on a lot of those relationships as inspiration.

I'm really excited to share my work with you and keep growing gabsie art. I have so many ideas and new art to drop.
